What is RecuX?
RecuX is not an ATS or CRM - it's a specialized CV formatting tool for headhunters. Upload CV → AI parses all data → candidate profile in corporate design → PDF in seconds. Four profile types, four templates, live editor. RecuX runs alongside your existing ATS/CRM.
Do all profiles have to be anonymized?
No. RecuX can create anonymized profiles (name, photo, address removed - ideal for initial introductions or temporary staffing) and complete profiles with all candidate data (for permanent placements). Both variants appear in your company's corporate design.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. Every plan can be tested without commitment. Just register, set up logo + color and get started. No long-term contracts.
How does AI parsing work?
Upload a CV (PDF, DOCX or image) - the AI extracts all data automatically: work experience, skills, education, contact details. Confidence scoring per field shows where manual review makes sense. Then choose a profile type, customize the template and generate the PDF.
When is an upgrade worth it?
Depending on team size and volume. Starter (€110/month) offers 80 formattings for the entire organization. Business (€330/month) offers 300 formattings and custom templates. Professional (€620/month) offers 800 formattings.
Which CV formats are supported?
RecuX processes PDF, DOCX and image files (JPG, PNG) with OCR. The AI also recognizes creative layouts and non-standard resumes in German and English.
Does RecuX replace my ATS or CRM?
No, by design. RecuX is a specialized tool that runs alongside your existing system (Bullhorn, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors etc.). It delivers one thing no ATS does well: CV formatting in corporate design via AI parsing. Fewer features = faster, cheaper, immediately usable.
How quickly can I get started?
In under 2 minutes. An admin sets up your logo and primary color once. After that, any team member with a company email address can start creating profiles immediately. No IT effort, no lengthy onboarding.
What's the difference between the plans?
All plans cover the entire organization - no per-seat licensing. Starter (€110/month) offers 80 formattings. Business (€330/month) adds 300 formattings and custom templates. Professional (€620/month) offers 800 formattings and priority support.
Is RecuX GDPR compliant?
Yes, 100%. All data is encrypted and hosted in the EU. The anonymization feature automatically removes personal data. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available.
What do the generated profiles look like?
Profiles are generated as professional PDFs with your logo, primary color and clear structure. Skill bars, work experience, education - everything neatly formatted. The hiring manager receives a document that looks custom-made.
Can I create custom templates?
In the Free and Starter plans, professional default templates are available - all automatically in corporate design with your logo and color. From the Professional plan, you can design your own templates (customizable templates) and customize them individually.
