Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between RecuX UG i.G. ("Provider") and the customer regarding the use of RecuX.

§ 2 Contract Formation

The contract is formed through the customer's registration on the platform and confirmation by the provider.

§ 3 Free Plan

The Free plan is permanently free and includes 5 AI actions per month, 25 candidates and 1 user. An upgrade to a paid plan is possible at any time.

§ 4 Services

The provider makes RecuX available as SaaS: CV upload, AI parsing, profile creation (anonymized and complete), corporate design templates and PDF download.

§ 5 Prices and Payment

Billing is on a subscription basis. Free: €0 (5 AI actions/month, 1 candidate search/month, 25 candidates, 1 user), Starter: €32.90/user/month (30 AI actions, unlimited candidates and users), Professional: €46.90/user/month (60 AI actions, unlimited candidates and users). All prices excl. VAT.

§ 6 Data Protection

Processing in accordance with GDPR. Uploaded CVs are processed exclusively for profile creation. Details are governed by the privacy policy and, where applicable, a DPA.

§ 7 Liability

Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 8 Final Provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
